1. PURCHASE METHODS
By connecting to the website, you can directly purchase our products and view their technical specifications. To proceed with the purchase, insert the preferred products in the shopping cart, and click the “Order” button, an operation that does not commit the customer to the purchase. Then an order form will appear in which to enter personal data, choose a payment method and shipping address, together with the conditions of sale which, if accepted, will confirm the order. Once you have verified the order specifications and the correctness of the data entered, the order form will be transmitted to SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA. The latter reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery if, after checking, the data entered is incorrect or incomplete.
2. TRANSPARENCY OF PRODUCTS’ PRICES
The prices shown for all products in the online store are inclusive of VAT.
Transport costs are shown in the formation of the total price of the order and vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the place of destination. In particular, transport costs are those indicated in the cart before purchase.
For amounts over 130.00, shipping costs are free.
3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Our products travel by BRT or SDA courier, with delivery times:
ITALY and EUROPE
Standard: 5 – 7 working days (from the time of shipment)
OTHER STATES
SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA will be pleased to consider any email requests regarding destinations that are not yet available, to be able to calculate the actual shipping costs.
Shipping times may vary at certain times of the year (controlled holidays) for foreseeable delays in freight traffic.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
It is required to indicate a manned address for the whole day by a person who can receivethe order. If this does not happen and the courier cannot deliver, the responsibility is borne by the customer, who must personally call the office of the competent courier to arrange the time forsubsequent delivery, or go to the same office to collect the goods.
5. WARRANTY
SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA ensures the conformity of the products with the specifications indicated in the order form.
6. PAYMENT
The payment of the amount corresponding to the order forwarded to SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA can be made in the following ways:

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As foreseen by the Legislative Decree no.206 from 06/09/2005 and subsequent additions and modifications, concerning the protection of the consumer in the matter of distant contracts, if you are a consumer who acted for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, you can withdraw from the purchase contract, by returning the purchased goods to SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA and obtaining the reimbursement of the price paid, without additional charges or penalties hold against you. You can cancel the purchase within 5 working days from receipt of the product(s) purchased by you following the withdrawal procedure explained below.
However, this right cannot be exercised in the following cases:
– Products used by the customer.
– Products no longer in compliance with the original state.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal,you must provide the return of goods received at your own expense- undamaged and unused, to SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, attaching a copy of the invoice or the transport document.
The return must be made at your own expense. Parcels on delivery or in assigned port will not be accepted. SICILSAPORI SOCIETÀ COOPERATIVA will refund, after receipt of the goods and after its compliance check.
The shipping costs and home delivery will be charged from the consumer.
The condition to exercise the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
In all cases of return of goods, transport costs are charged from the customer.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contracts governed by these General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any controversy deriving from the execution of contracts governed by these General Conditions, the Court of Siracusa will have jurisdiction. Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and expressly accept the following clauses: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
